How to use essential oils:
Diffuse- Mix 2-8 drops of essential oil with water in a diffuser.
On the skin - Mix 1-10 drops of essential oil with a carrier oil and apply to skin.
Inhale- Sniff directly from the bottle or mix with carrier and rub into hands.
Bath - Mix a few drops with a carrier oil and add to bath water.

Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester of pregnancy unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner, can be used with care though the rest of pregnancy in a diffuser or with a carrier oil. Not for internal use. Avoid use on children under 12 months’ old. Children over 12 months use with a carrier oil at 1% dilution.
